CANCELLATIONS

24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. For any cancellation less than 24 hours,  please contact your barber directly to cancel or reschedule to avoid assessing a late cancellation fee of half the amount of the scheduled service(s).

NO SHOWS

Clients that fail to show for a scheduled appointment without contacting their barber will be assessed a no-show fee of the full amount of the scheduled service(s). The no show fee must be paid prior to booking your next service. Furthermore, KC Master Kutz reserves the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving on time for your scheduled appointment insures the proper time necessary to complete your services with stellar quality. We reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Please contact your barber if you know you are going to be late for your appointment so that they can arrange for a more appropriate time for your service(s).
